The lights at Viewforth Bank, outside the Health Centre, had not worked for some years. Attempts to get them working by approaches to the City Council by a person in the community were unsuccessful. When the community council was asked to do something to help, the City Council quickly agreed to have the lighting repaired. Another small victory.
