PROPOSALS TO REFURBISH THE MARINA AND SURROUNDING AREA

The City of Edinburgh Council has presented two sets of proposals for the refurbishment of Port Edgar Marina and the Sailing School facilities.

Public displays of the proposals was held at Port Edgar on 20/21 January 2006, and 25/26 April 2008.

The display in 2006 was better attended than the one in 2008, and comprehensive reports and comments were made available.

The 2008 display indicated only one access to the site, via Shore Road, and also changes in the proposed layout of houses and marina facilities.
